Every morning you can serve yourself at our regional breakfast buffet. There is oven-fresh bread from the village baker, pure fruit jams, butter and honey from South Tyrol, the finest bacon and sausage products from the traditional butcher Kofler from Merano, cheese specialities, fresh fruit salad, yoghurt and healthy grains from the organic corner as well as crisp apples from Lana. We also serve hot coffee, milk from South Tyrol, tea and fruit juices. On Sundays, of course, a glass of Prosecco is not to be missed.
Our evening menus are varied and every Friday evening sommelière Irmgard Windegger from the Zollweghof organic winery invites you to an aperitif, on Saturdays we serve the gala dinner and our chef is happy to reveal one or two secrets of his culinary art. If you follow a vegetarian or vegan diet or suffer from intolerances, please let us know - we will be happy to accommodate your wishes and requests.
