We try to create harmony between gastronomy and nature. Our cuisine therefore focuses on regionalism and seasonality. Products from the surroundings create a unique tasting experience, and we thereby pick fresh herbs from our garden every day.
Environmental conservation is one of our main aims. It is important to do what is possible, and not to talk about why something is not possible. We focus on energy savings, try to minimise rubbish, separate our waste, and use environmentally friendly cleaning aids.
